Open House!

Please don't forget that our school is having an open house next Wednesday, August 29th at 6:30pm.  This is a chance for your child to come in and see the classroom as well as bring in their supplies. 
If you are unable to make it that evening and would like to schedule a different time, please send me an email and we can try and arrange something.

More classroom progress!

I'm pleased to finally see progress happening.  It is actually beginning to look like a classroom!  Hopefully by Friday, it will be mostly done.  See you soon!

And so it begins again!

Well, I'm back in the school trying to unpack all of the things that were moved to our new classroom.  Ugh, it seems so overwhelming!  I was excited to have some help from my daughter Emily though.  So, to start with the changes, I've changed the above title of my blog from K/1 to 1/2.  I am very excited to be having most of the same kids stay with me for a second year.  I am so thankful for this opportunity.  I'll update soon!

Plasticine Animals

We are working on our plasticine pictures of our animals.  It's a lot of work!  Here's what we have so far....
