Jack O' Lantern Descriptive Writing

We are always trying to get the students to add more detail to their writing.  Today, we made our own Jack O' Lanterns then had to write about them in a way that would make the read have a picture in their head of what it looked like.  Here are some samples.  PS.  Some of the students wrote on the back of their page as well but I only photographed the front.
